Give at least one concrete example of something you are showing a lack of initiation with and at least 3 concrete steps you are going to take in order to do that.
An example that I am lacking initiative in is AP American Government. In that class I fill like an idiot and most of the time I fail to participate.
1. Stop falling alseep in class.
2. Start answering questions in class.
3. Start reading out of the book so that I can pass the AP test.
