What are you doing to be a leader?
To be a leader I work on improving my character everyday so that others can follow me when they need to. I try hard to satify my team with hard work and perserverance. I am trying to be more vocal and create emotional relationships with my team.
2. Mr. Krueger and you made a list of qualities of a team leader. Pick your strength and explain why. Then pick your weakness and give three conrete ways how you are going to get better.
Strength: Perseverance.
What ever drill comes at me, I may not be the best but I work hard and a get through it. I perservere by attending every practice and every game. I perservere through getting yelled at for the team and communicating the messege. I perservere through rough times on the team and i perservere to win every game.
Weakness: Communication
1. talk to people on a more personal level.
